Yoghurt

Like the cheese our yoghurt is made by ourselves on the Farm in our specially designed dairy. This is a live, Greek Style yoghurt and as well as natural we supply four flavours. Strawberry, Raspberry, Apricot and Black Cherry. Once the yoghurt has formed and reached the correct pH it is traditionally strained in muslin bags till it has a lovely thick consistency.
