We are happy to deliver to flats however the order will have to be left outside the main doors of the building or in a specified safe place.
If your house is gated, please either provide us with the code or specify a safe place to leave your order.
Please give us clear instructions on how to find your house, particularly if it is not obvious or if a sat nav does not take you there.
The glass bottles remain our property. Please ensure ALL milk, orange/berry juice bottles are returned to us thoroughly cleaned.
If you decide to cancel your order, please email us when you have finished with the bottles so we are able to collect them.
Please leave out undamaged egg boxes for us to collect.
Once to items are delivered, they are the responsibility of the costumer. Please be mindful that items can be taken either by people or wildlife. It is advised to leave out a cool box or bag to keep your order safer.
